- The item must have all original tags attached and be in its original packaging.
- Exchange requests must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be exchanged:

- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Exchangeable”
- Items that have been washed, altered, or show signs of wear
3. Exchange Process

Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item to us. - Shipping:
Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided.- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a defective or incorrect item received.
- Replacement Item:
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item to you.
4. Size or Color Exchanges
If you need a different size or color of the same product:
- Indicate the new size or color you require when contacting us.
- Exchanges for size or color are subject to stock availability.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If the item you received is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@hivisjacketuk.com with photos of the issue. We will replace the item at no additional cost to you.
6. Exchange Timeframe
- Once we receive the returned item, exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Replacement items will be shipped to you using your selected shipping method.

- If the replacement item is of higher value than the original item, the price difference will need to be paid before the exchange is processed.
- If the replacement item is of lesser value, the price difference will be refunded to your original payment method.
